🌟 On the 25th of March, something the entire FPPE community had been looking forward to finally happened, the second cohort of the MSc Food Process and Product Engineering received their graduation certificates at TiHo Hannover.
Ten graduates crossed the finish line after two intense, exciting, and genuinely rewarding years. Coming from six different countries including Germany, Russia, Mexico, Nepal, El Salvador, and India. This cohort is a vivid reminder of what the FPPE programme is about: a global community of food scientists and engineers, brought together by a shared mission.
Four more students from the cohort will complete their master’s theses in the coming months. We cannot wait to celebrate with them too.
“Two years. Six countries. One shared goal: to understand food, and to make it better.”
What strikes you at a ceremony like this is not just the academic achievement, it is what comes next. Graduates of FPPE leave with an analytical toolkit, a cross-disciplinary perspective, and the professional confidence to step into the food industry or research. The career paths ahead of them stretch from product development and food safety management to process innovation and academic research.
🎓✨ To every single graduate from this cohort: you came here from across the world, you challenged yourselves and each other, and you are now equipped to shape what the future of food actually looks like. That is not a small thing. We are proud of you, and we are cheering for everything that comes next.
