
✨ We were honored to welcome Holger York Toschka to the Artland Campus for an engaging guest lecture as part of the MSc FPPE program. With extensive experience in the food industry, including his role as Senior Manager R&D at Unilever Food Solutions, Mr. Toschka provided valuable insights into the world of product development.
In his presentation, he discussed key stages of industrial product innovation, from idea generation to market launch. Particularly inspiring were the real-world case studies he shared from his time at Unilever, which gave students a behind-the-scenes look at how major food brands bring new products to life.
His talk not only highlighted the complexity and creativity involved in food innovation but also emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and consumer focus.
