⚙️ As part of the Technology Transfer module in the MSc FPPE program, students recently took part in an inspiring workshop led by Prof. Dr. Thorsten Blecker from Hamburg University of Technology (TU Hamburg).

The interactive workshop focused on key topics such as technology transfer, business innovation, and design thinking. Through a mix of engaging lectures, case study work, and role-playing exercises, students explored how innovative ideas can successfully move from research into marketable solutions.

Prof. Dr. Blecker’s deep expertise and real-world insights gave students a practical perspective on how innovation processes work in industry. The hands-on format encouraged creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking — all essential skills for future professionals in food science and engineering.
